Yahaji.ai
How it works

Every step, in the order it actually happens.

No dead ends and no surprises. Each flow below is how the app behaves — including what happens when a payment fails or a provider lets us down.

Happy path

New pilgrim to fully booked ʿUmrah

The default route, from landing page to a populated journey timeline.

  1. 01

    Say what you're planning

Sign up with email or Google, then a short quiz: ʿUmrah or Ḥajj, dates, madhhab, mobility, and who travels with you.

  2. 02

    Your timeline appears

An empty journey fills with recommendations in the right order — visa first, then flights, hotels, transfers, connectivity.

  3. 03

    Visa

Scan your passport, confirm the OCR pre-fill, capture your photo, submit. A status card lands on your timeline.

  4. 04

    Flights

Search, hold the fare 15 minutes, confirm travellers, add bags and seats, pay. PNR and boarding pass go to your vault.

  5. 05

    Hotels & transfers

Makkah, then Madinah, then the transfers between them — each one a voucher with a QR.

  6. 06

    eSIM and card

Buy your Saudi data, and take the travel card offered with it. Verify once, get a virtual card instantly.

  7. 07

    Load your wallet

Top up in your currency, convert to SAR at mid-market plus 0.8%, spend on the ground.

  8. 08

    Arrive guided

Ritual reminders fire at the right time, vouchers work offline, and the AI shaykh answers whenever you ask.

Flow by flow

The detailed journeys

Each one reuses the same checkout sheet, the same receipt model and the same ledger.

Booking a flight

Search→Results→Fare rules→Travellers→Add-ons→Payment→Voucher

Price held 15 minutes. One idempotency key per attempt, so a retry never double-charges. If the provider fails after payment, we refund to your wallet automatically and tell you.

eSIM lifecycle

Browse→Buy→QR→Install→Activate→Usage→Top-up→Renew

Install before you fly, activate when you land. Top-ups and validity extensions come from your wallet balance; auto-renew is opt-in.

Travel card lifecycle

Verify→Virtual card→Apple/Google Pay→Load→Spend→Freeze→Physical→Replace

Virtual on verification. Physical shipped or collected at our Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah desks. Freeze, limits and PIN reset from the app.

Wallet top-up and card load

Currency→Amount→Method→3-D Secure→Ledger credit→Receipt

Card loads quote FX with a 30-second hold, then debit the wallet and credit the card in a single ledger pair.

Refund or cancellation

Order→Reason→Policy check→Provider cancel→Refunded

Receipts move paid → refund_requested → refunded. Money returns to the wallet instantly or to the original card per scheme timelines.

Group leader

Create group→Invite→Profiles→Build package→Split payment→Vouchers

Leader pays, members pay their share, or the group wallet pays. Vouchers are issued per traveller either way.

Sponsor a pilgrim

Browse→Choose share→Pay→Credit applied→Duʿā list

Only pilgrims who opt in are listed. Your credit applies at their checkout, and you receive their duʿā list and journey updates.

Virtual pilgrimage

Buy access→Schedule→Watch→Submit duʿās→Proof→Certificate

Live and recorded ritual streams, with photo or video proof of recitation at the Multazam or Rawḍah.
